Scientist finally found why stress seams to make us age faster and it's because of a DNA complex called Telomers and a small bit deteriorates every time mitosis occurs, and stress acts as a catalyst causing over aging.
I think it is very good that we have found that stress can shorten our lives but it would be even better if we can find something that will keep the telomers from deteriorating and extending all of our lives.

Telomerase-an enzyme that adds specific DNA sequence repeats.
